During this time of uncertainty, we are taking every precaution with our items as they ship out.

First, our family is well and we have not had any symptoms or sickness since the Stay at Home order. We live in Oregon, where the virus has been very easy on our population and we began isolating long before many other states.

Our items are always stored in plastic bins, in our garage and away from people in general. As orders come in, we wash our hands and sanitize before we handle the products and again when we are packaging and mailing.

If you are concerned about your orders from online vendors, try putting a quarantine in place for received packages. 14 days after their arrival, your items should be safe to open and handle in any case.

We are not experts and we are not doctors, but we care about our customers and everyone’s safety. If you have special requests regarding the handling of your ordered products, please let us know upon ordering and we will be happy to accommodate as best we can!
