Here in the Northwest, coffee is our thing. We always have a coffee cup in our hand at any given time. One of our most popular chain offers to double-cup but offers no coffee sleeve.

I’m not complaining, this opens up a huge market for we crafters and encourages people to buy our creations!!!

I have tried many patterns and I sell all different styles of sleeves, but this one is my own. I love how the yarn variegates and makes each peace unique. I have recently been exploring using jewelry and beads with my hats with very positive feedback. I will elaborate in yet another blog later 😉 But I wanted my coffee sweaters (a sweater, not a sleeve because it has cuffs at both ends) to be inspirational. What message do you want to see every day when you dress your coffee??

So I began stocking up on charms and things to experiment with and these plates/connectors are my favorite. Each craft store seems to have their own version, though really the best selection is found on Amazon or at Hobby Lobby Stores. I use the flat ones so you can still grip your coffee.

These are perfect for gifts for any holiday, stocking suffers at Christmas and a sweet Valentine’s gift as well.

Without further adieu, here is my Coffee Sweater pattern:
